First thing that made me mad about my shuffle

Why is this an issue? God knows there are a thousand ways to get the music into iTunes, and from there to the Shuffle. Among other things, you can use the Shuffle as a drive, copy the songs onto it manually (i.e., in disk mode, not via iTunes), bring it to a friend's house, copy them off into iTunes, then load up the Shuffle. It just won't work with copy-protected songs, which is true of any iPod.
