I won a bid on ebay yesterday for a NEW 17 Inch powerbook with the following configuration
1.5Ghz G4
2GB PC333 Ram
80GB HDD
128MB Radeon 9700
Is £1550 a good deal for this laptop, or am i paying too much???
Thanks :)

In Canada the new 17" 1.67 GHz is GBP1,415 with 512 Mb, with a third party RAM upgrade GBP1,762
But the bigger question is: whether you receive the machine or not. If it is a scam, then it's the worst deal in the world.
Better to have done the research before bidding, methinks.

Wow...a 17-foot PowerBook. Not very portable, but it must be a heck of an experience.
