Hi there.

Just picked up a 15 inch Powerbook Ti off my mate (it's my first ever Mac and I can't begin to describe how much I love it.....I think you probably know what I mean though!)

Anyway, before I go off on one, can anyone tell me where I can pick up a new battery for it, as the current one is ok, but I'd love a fresh one so I can keep this one as backup. I'm in the UK btw.

Thanks

Tricky

you can always order online from the apple store. http://store.apple.com

other locations.. http://eshop.macsales.com/

or goto http://www.apple.com/retail/ and find the nearest apple store to you.

i'm sure others will throw in their favorite locations as well, so you might wish to wait for that.

EDIT: UK store is http://www.apple.com/ukstore/

No tips on where to buy, but just in case you haven't seen it already, here's Apple's battery advice (http://www.apple.com/batteries/notebooks.html).

Thanks to both. Wasn't sure if the older batteries were still available from the official store as I hadn't seen them on there, so I'll hunt them down.

Tricky.

p.s can't believe how good OS X is after Windows
