Hey I want to know how to download some of the videos like this one: http://www.terrellowens.com/video/0052.php off that site, for a presentation. Thanks a lot for any help!

The only way I know of is to use Snapz Pro X (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox) - probably more than you want to spend.

It's streaming video, so I think you're generally out of luck otherwise.

BTW, you can get to the streams directly if you check the source of the page you're looking at (for example, that video you cite is streamed from http://www.gmdstudio.com/tocelbrate_player.swf).

Not helpful, I guess.

Thanks a ton for both hints. I can use the demo of snapz pro to get what want for now. Thanks again!

It's late here in lil' ole Blighty so cut me some slack if I've missed the point.

I clicked on -
http://www.terrellowens.com/video/0052.php
opened activity window in Safari, found the address of video, then copy and pasted into downloads window....promptly a 2mb swf file appeared on my desktop.

Must have been late here a few hours ago. ;) I pointed out how to get the SWF file without realizing it was not streaming. :o

Just view the page's source and search for "http://www.gmdstudio.com/" - the swf file that follows is what you want.

Hmm, I didn't know that was possible. The file downloads, but when I play it, the video is gone. It's just the green background image. any thoughts? Thanks for the tip as well!

Easy way to do this is to click on Windows at the top, and choose Activity. Then you can look and see that Activity for a certain website, and see easily that there is a swf file that is probably the video. If it was a real video, you would be able to see .mov, .avi or .mpg file which you can then copy and then paste into the download window. Or direct download by Option+double click the object you want to download off the site.
