Hello! I bought a 12" Rev. D powerbook and received it on the 3rd of February. I have decided that I may be better off going with just a Mac Mini and iBook combo instead (see http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=111136) The powerbook is in MINT condition. There are no scratches, do dead pixels, no blemishes of any kind at all. It has been upgraded to 768MB of RAM and still includes the box with all the software, cables, documentation and packaging. There is no UPC code on the box becuase it was used for a rebate but the original invoice is included. I am looking for around $1400 shipped so if you are interested please let me know. You can PM me or post here and I will get back to you with my contact information. My ebay seller ID is custompcmicro so you can check me out. I will post pictures here tomorrow. Hope to hear from you all :) Thanks!
**I will be in the Indianapolis area from Tuesday the 8th until Saturday the 11 if anyone wants to make this a local transaction. After then I will be in Valparaiso, IN for local pickup there. Thanks!**

Would you consider a trade plus cash for an iBook G3/900/640MB/Airport? iBook is 13 months old and in mint condition, very lightly used.

Would you consider trading it for a 12" Superdrive 1.33 powerbook plus some cash? I know that you said that you wanted an iBook and a Mac mini, but this way you could have a powerbook with the capability to burn DVDs and some cash to put towards a mac mini.
email me at bradley.haveman@hope.edu if you are interested

Hello all. I just wanted to give an update on the status of this sale. I have someone who is interested in paying cash and will have the funds shortly. Unfortunately, if I can get cash than I am going to take that over a trade. If anyone else is interested in paying cash (as in not trading) let me know in the next day or two otherwise the sale to the person interested is going to be final. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that man. If you actually live in Indianapolis you are going to be even more mad because I'm heading there this weekend :(. Anyways, the offer still stands for about a day or two at $1400 shipped. Thanks all!

Actually, I only live about an hour and a half away from Valpo and have friends and family that live there. If you did decide to trade for my 1.33 Superdrive and some cash, I could drive down and save shipping costs.

Thanks to everyone for all the replies. I just realized I will need to be taking my powerbook with me on a trip out of town for awhile (I will still have access to macrumors so I will be around the site) so I am going to stop this sale. Also, my job just approved me to use VPC 7.0 for the work they need me to do so I am going to use that for when I am on the road. Again, thank you everyone for your time and consideration. :)

If, when you get back, you would like to sell it again, I will be very interested. I'll add you on AIM (if you've given that info here) and we'll go from there.. I would have to have it from the 27th of March to the 9th of April, while I am in the US.. I dunno how long you are on holiday for..
Anyway.. I'll contact you.
EDIT: Can you aim me, your info is not there. Thanks.

I will be out of town until mid next week, however I fear the Combo drive mayh be developing an issue. It makes a VERY loud sound when it reads a CD or DVD and then sometimes has issues ejecting it. Also, it placed a scratch on one of my DVDs when it ejected it. I will keep a close eye on this situation and if it develops any more I will have to pull the plug on the sale and take it to get it repaired. Thanks.
