Chaosmint was a forum site started by arn to deal primarily with eDonkey and some other P2P programs as well as Divx. The forums were scrapped a while back and it now just points to here. I'm not sure why he put it there though.

(2) Duke posted a poll with more than 10 options.
(3) And, for Pete's Sake, arn. Would you use other smilies than the happy face and the winky? Using just those two makes you look so professional. :( :p

historical note:

macrumors was "hacked" over a year ago due to some security issues with phpslash that the site was using at the time. no real damage was done, just a hacked news item appeared.

phpslash was discarded after that.
