Interesting that your top = 19 plays : 7 gb of mp3.....
my top is 42 plays : 37.67 gb of mp3....
I just get into certain songs, and i listen to them over and over. :D
Bad Religion is some good stuff. I dated this preppy girl who like Bad Relgion and H20. Weird merging of worlds-- cute preppy gap girl in khakis listening to punk rock.

Now that's really cool. :D
I suspect that those with their most played song not being played 40 times or more since iTunes 3 must have a lot of CDs. :p

Add eyelikeart to the list of mandalay fans.... he turned me on to them. Man, that's a good list you have. That groove armada song is a driving hit-- everyone loves it here. I'm a HUGE cardigans fan (met nina parssons at the pgh show a few years back). The dandy's rule, ok? :D
And belly seems to be popular on this mac board. Intriguing
Good stuff

I know Eye's got great taste in music as well....... :)
The Groove Armada are great...... I've seen them live twice and they're so funky live..... :D
The Cardigans are great....... I've been into them for about 5ish years....... I just think Gran Turismo is like the perfect POP record..... and Nina is a fox ;)
The Dandys are great..... they're one of the few bands that I've relatively recently got into, and love.... I'm hoping they'\ll to a couple of gigs in London again soon......
Belly...... I always dig out their stuff over summer..... I love their bubble gum, power pop....... the same with Juliana Hatfield.......... Feelin' Massachusetts off 'Become What You Are'...... to me, they're typical summer artists for those warm hazy summer nights......
I've just got the new Underworld album and it's totally kicking..... I really can't wait to see them live again in November...... it's just gonna go totally off the scale.....!! They rocked Glastonbury in 99, so it'll be interesting to see how they get on without Darren Emerson......

I will have to say that my top 10 most played currently is a bit lame since it's one album that I've been listening to a hell of a lot lately...

if it weren't for that album, my top 10 would be as follows:
1) Mandalay - This Life (14)
2) Hooverphonic - Autoharp (12)
3) Accadia - Into the Dawn (Ashtray Remix) (12)
4) Depeche Mode - Dream On (11)
5) Radiohead - Idoteque (11)

7) Olive - Push (10)
8) BT - Satellite (9)
9) Dave Matthews Band - The Last Stop (9)
10) Mim - Here it Comes Again (9)
forgive me guys...I have only had this particular system on my TiBook for a couple weeks now so the #'s are still kinda low... ;)

I love the hip. I remember a concert in pittsburgh at Metropol. The place is just a big bar, and there had to be hundreds of canadians jumpin around that drove down just for the show. It was awesome, a band used to selling out 40,000 seat arenas playing for a few hundred guys at a bar and conneceting like mutha's. Everyone singing along. One of the best shows I ever saw.
Another great hip memory was when I broke up with a girlfriend and she moved to Chicago with half my CD collection. I was REALLY in the mood to listen to "Grace Too" off of "Day for Night" so I went out and bought all 6 Hip CD's that were out at the time and ended up telling the Guy at the CD shop the whole story. He laughed his arse off and gave me his employee discount.
Good times.

i dont really mind the hip, didnt go to their concert here 2 years ago (couple of my friends went...kinda weird concidering most of the fans who listen to it arent teens) and they enjoyed it, theyre one of the top 5 bands canada ever had, one of the top 3 who have a truely canadian identity (either than the band that sings takin' care of business, and the canadian rock band the guess who (they paved the way for canadian rock bands like the hip and BNL)) and the hip will be around for years to come for sure
