I saw on Apple's website that they're offering an "Express Tour" of workshops for Final Cut Express and Logic Express. As a FCE2 user thinking of upgrading, I'd love to get a demonstration of what HD can do.
However the store I'd be in the vicinity of (San Diego UTC) is scheduled for it on Thursday March 10th, but I won't be in the area until the 12th. Does anyone know if they're going to be doing another run of the Express Tour the following week? The store calendar indicates not, but then again, just last week it didn't have any mention of this tour, so they might only update it on a week-to-week basis.
More importantly, has anyone been to one of these tours? Does the San Diego UTC store have a theatre? Or does the store just like shut down for an hour and the presentation sort of takes over? Do many people go? And, most of all, is it worth attending?
