What if we did a macrumors co-op, where all of us creative types could post works in progress and receive critique from the community?

I've talked with Eye and cleo and some others.... i've worked with docteeth, and it seems like, for people like me who sit in the basement studio by themselves all day... well, a way to get some feedback, some tips, etc.

I dunno... Just a thought... arn? Whaddya think??

Yes, I absolutely agee on this. Lets make a creative discussions forum featuring critiques and ... well, a creative pool, then, right?

I'm not exactly a creative type, but I do have interesting ideas from time to time. :)

Exactly... but you probably have an opinion on why a certain design or whatnot works for you.... you'd be a HUGE help.

Kinda like a focus group. :D

it might be nice as its own forum...but posting in macprojects, something like:

I'm designing a logo. Which one fo you like? An dhave a poll or something. Hell, i'd use it.

Okay, here's a thought; why not ask arn to rename Macprojects to something like Creative Discusion Forums or somehting. Macprojects hasn't exactly been getting a lot of hits lately, and I think that's because a lot of other Mac forum sites have a Macprojects forum of some sort. If it were renamed Creative Discussion, I think that would get more hits because it's not xactly something that a Mac rumors site would usually have. :)


Edit: I had a better idea, plus my origional post sounded a bit rude.:)

I totally agree..... I love nothing more than slagging off..... errrr I mean offer constructive criticism on peoples work........ :p :p :p

This has been mentioned more than a few times in the past, and personally I think it'd be a good idea to have a creative forum, where we can all go and talk design etc etc......
