I just received my new mac mini 1.4 512 ram with airport extreme card... im wondering if i can use any wireless router with the airport extreme card... or if i have to use airport..

You can use many routers, doesn't have to be an airport one.

Most 802.11b/g routers will be OK with the Airport Extreme card.

There have been people who've reported problems with some Netgear routers since 10.3.8 but it's not a universal problem.

ive never had a problem connect at my parents place to have a linksys b router, you should be fine, if you have any problems, post em and we will give you the best help we can
