Lost Use of Firewire CDRW w/X.2.1

Things were just fine under X.2 with the New EZQuest 40X CDRW I got. iTunes/Finder worked fine with it. Upgraded to X.2.1 and Apple Profiler doesn't see anything on the firewire ports, I can find any links to firewire drivers in OSX. And, Toast doesn't find the drive either. Any idea whats up? Thanks

hmmmmmmmmm.... seems like youve got an auto recognize problem. The best advice i can give is reisntalling the drivers in osx 10.2 (second cd may have em or try part of the first cd). Either that or try (if your drive came with em) a driver cd.
