Waiting for file deletion tracking message?

Hello,

Upon starting up my G4 lately I have been receiving this message "Waiting for file deletion tracking". Does anyone know what this means? There doesn't seem to be anything missing but there is so much junk on my computer it is hard to tell. The only thing I have done recently was attach an external hardrive, a Lacie 160GB Porsche design.

It is kind of disconcerting seeing a message about file deletion. I would appreciate any insight anyone may have.

ThanksIt sounds as though someone installed something like TechTools Pro or some other third-party utility suite on your computer.
