I believe it's against forum rules to offer the OSes but not the install CD's.

Craigslist is definitely a good place to go too! I see alot of machines go for more $$$ on there than any similar machines on here. I think the reason being is they're not all Mac "experts", for lack of a better word, and try to talk down prices.

I don't know if there's an official policy. Obviously, it would be frowned upon to sell a Mac loaded with pirated software. I think the OS install that's on the machine is "ok".
