Changing Icons in 10.2.1

Anyone know how to do this? Does it only work on Cocoa apps...?

I've only tried it with disks and folders to date, not apps -but works the same way it always did - Get Info and past the new icon.

Yeah, i can't get ti to work with this one application...and it has a really bad icon....:(

just a thought ... have you checked ownership & permissions?

good point, I'll try...yeah I ahve full read and write permissions...hmmm, this is strange... :confused:
