Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails has just released the first single off his new album on his web site as a GarageBand file.

It's around a 70M download thant needs GarageBand 2. Open it, and it's a 17 track mix to play around with.

Pretty cool - good on you Trent!

this is awesome, truly groundbreaking in my opinion. I hope all goes well with the experiment.

I've always thought it would neat if artists sold there project files. I for one would pay good money for the pro tools sessions of some songs. But giving it to the consumers on a program that every new mac user has and can use... its really amazing

Does anyone know how you can load this into Garageband 1.0? I'd rather not have to go out and buy 2.0 just for about an hour of fun.

Thanks,

BEN
