New $99 Palm Zire.

I am looking for a new PDA. The Palm Zire (http://r1.us.rmi.yahoo.com/rmi/http://www.palm.com/products/handhelds/zire//rmivars%3ftarget%3D_top) seems like a good deal at $99 since I didn't want to spend $500-$700 for a state-of-the-art PDA. I guess Palm is lowering prices for the Holiday season.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Looks pretty good. I still can't justify the purchace of a Palm. I was an early adopter of the VII, and even with wireless internet features I barely used the thing...

It's look good, but it only has 2mb of memory. The screen is also better than the m100 but the m100 has 8mb of memory. I'd wait for a 8mb version of the Zire. Or if you have to have it now, I'd just go for a palm Vx.
