How good is the warranty coverage on Mac systems purchased from MacMall vs. the Apple Store? :rolleyes:

its exactly the same as far as I know. The warranty comes from apple, not the vendor, and is one year in both cases.

Yes, but MacMall has an extended service contract that can go for up to five years. My real question is, how does MacMall care about you as a customer? Is their service and support fast, friendly, and get's the job done kinda service or is it not worth it?
