Hello everyone,
I just purchased a new 20" iMac, so my beloved Powerbook has to go to finance the purchase. Hopefully one day desktop and laptop can co-exist peacefully, but for now it is one or the other :(
Here's the scoop:
It's a fully loaded Apple Powerbook G4 1.25 Ghz with 1 Gig of DDR SDRAM (2x512). It has an 80GB HD, SuperDrive, Bluetooth, Airport Extreme (802.11g), Firewire 400 and 800, USB, PC Card Slot, Ambient Light Sensor, Illuminated Keyboard, the beautiful 15.2" screen, and probably other stuff I am forgetting.
It will come to you loaded with what you'd like, either the orignal jaguar setup or already upgraded to panther. Either way I will include the original software and the panther upgrade. Also, included will be a Tom Bihn "Brain Cell" case, that it has always been toted around in. The computer is in great physical and functional shape. Always cared for, always transported in the case inside a messenger bag, and just generally babied. There is one little scratch on the bottom center of the case that happened this first week I had it, I must have had it on something on my desk. Also, there is a semi-noticeable white spot, but is still available to be sent in to Apple for repair ( I just haven't wanted to part with it, and it really doesn't affect anything). I purchased this computer new in September of 2003, and will miss it. I have tried to accurately describe the condition and quality of this computer, and will be happy to answer questions or entertain offers.
Shipped UPS Insured to your US address for $1600 OBO.
Thanks! (I hope this isn't too many pictures, I just wanted to accurately show it's condition. Let me know if there is a closeup or something that anyone wants.)
