Halo/screensaver issue in Tiger

Just upgraded to Tiger on my 15" powerbook and noticed that the screensaver comes on while I play halo. Has anyone else had this problem???

I've noticed halo loads a picture from your screensaver for a millasecond before it starts. Perhaps it has something to do with the way it de-activates it.

this isn't related to halo but I've noticed in tiger if your running something in quicktime the screen saver will come on and with panther this never used to happen cuz I remember being able to kick back on the couch and watch movies from my harddrive without the screen saver coming on.
So I simply went and set my screen saver time to never and instead I set my buttom left corner to start the screen saver when I get up.
