I originally thought about keeping mine forever (for nostalgic reasons). Instead I sold it about 3 weeks ago along with my G3 iMac ... sure, I miss them both, but I know the've gone to a good home.

I have a first gen 10 gig. works fine, good battery life and has a remote. Has the usual scratches from being carried around in my jeans pocket etc, and a very very slight dent in the back. I mean slight by the way, its not a gapeing big hole or anything.
