Hi all,
I want a cheap mac 32 or 64mb AGP video card with dual monitor capabilities. It must be compatible with a G4 Sawtooth 2X AGP.

Thanks

I've got a GeForce FX5200 Ultra from a G5. It may be exactly what you DON'T want. :)

But I thought I'd throw it out there if you are interested. PM me if you care. If you don't, good luck!

with this (http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/Graphics/FX5200_Mods_for_G4/FX5200_G4mods.html) mod it still would not work as it only works with 4x macs so dont try it, if i were you i'd buy a pc 9800 and flash it, or if were on a budget find a 8500, even the 64MB one is much faster than the 128MB 9000.

it's not fual display capable, if he wont go for a flashed card a 9000, 7500, geforce 2 twinview, geforce 4 MX/TI and the 9800 pro are his only options.

Thanls for the list. So anyone have these cards? Flashed ones are ok aswell as long as they workd in a 2X AGP. Also i would like to add the ati radeon 8500 mac edition.

you can easily flash cards on your mac with graphicaccelerator http://thomas.perrier.name/software/ATIcceleratorII.html click on version 1 and it has a flasher and dumper, no mods are required just a rom flash for 9800's (use a 64kb rom PM to find out where to get it) do you have a pci graphics card in that 7500? if so that would make is easier otherwise you have to put it in startup items and press enter at the right times.
