Fair Trade?

I am thinking of trading the following, is this a pretty fair trade?

I have the the following
14" lcd
OSX 10.3
640MB RAM
Airport wireless card
1GHZ
60GB Hard Drive
I just bought applecare on it this past January, so it basically has another 2.6 years left on it.


And I may trade for a mac mini with the following
17"apple display with dvi adapter
1GB RAM
1.25 ghz
40gb HD
Combo Drive

what does everyone think?
I don't need the versatility of a laptop, so that's not important to me really.

Looks okay to me, except for the 40gb HD. :eek: Gonna need that external HD.

Curious, is that 14" lcd connected to something that runs OS X 10.3 at 1 GHz? An ibook maybe?

I am already running my ibook off of a lacie 160gb firewire, so thats not an issue...sounds good, I'm going to dive in head first. thanks
