1) MacOS 10.4 Tiger DVD - It's still sealed and never been used

2) MacOS 10.3 Panther DVD + MacOS 10.4 Tiger upgrade - Panther disks are still sealed and have never been used. The Tiger upgrade disk is opened and was used once. SOLD

From the seller in an email: "ADC members get both beta versions as well as final version. The version I am selling is the final version and exactly like the retail version. However, I will refund your money."

So that unopened box is not the retail version. That's the only reason I didn't wanna buy it afterall.

You did, however, I only had your word... now that someone else, ITASOR, has chimed in saying it is the same, I feel a little less wary. Nothing personal, just wanna make sure I wouldn't get stuck w/ a bad copy of OS.

Do you wanna go through w/ the original trade we had worked out?

Received the disk yesterday. Tiger now running on my PB w/out a problem.
