Well, I guess I registered for Macrumors.com a little too late. I wanted to submit my parody ad that my friend and I just made.

I thought fellow Mac users would get a kick out of it.

Very nice, it would have probably been highly voted on. Welcome to MacRumors!

Check out the links in the Avatar Contest and you can find the original music if you want to update you movie. One of the members somehow managed to get the exact music used by Apple. If the link doesn't work, let me know, I can send you the mp3.

It's funny how popular the switch ads have become...they're inspiring a whole new style of commercials.

TechTV has done a series of "help" ads in the same style with similar music.

We're doing something similar as well at my work...we shot all day in front of a green screen on Thursday. I'll post some examples once the studio gives us the tapes. :D

Chill out dude. The only reason I posted it a second time is because the other thread wasn't being read. I'm not trying to spam the forums or anything.

In addition to the tech tv commercials, there are commercials for hershey and comedy central that are similar to apple's ads.

How you get the music to be so much like the real switch ads? Is it sampled from those ads or did you recreate it?
