If you have a tracking number - should be in your emails from Apple - typing it into Google works here in the States, and perhaps for you.

Duff-Man says...when was it shipped? Sometimes shipments do not show in the carriers tracking system until later in the evening the day of shipment or sometimes even the next day....oh yeah!

I tried to look it up, but TNT"s server was down. It could be that their computer systems are just messed up.

Duff-Man says....be patient. It will probably show in their tracking system later on...remember it was a Saturday shipment...it is the weekend....things sometimes grind to a bit of a halt in the transport business. Remember - it would not have made it back to their depot until later today (Saturday) and tommorow is Sunday....unless it is an "urgent or express (whatever they happen to call it) shipment it is not likely to move an inch until Monday now and it is possible you will not see any scan info until then....oh yeah!

You can't trust those online tracking sites anyway - even after I'd received my iBook it was still apparently in California

You can track your delivery on the Kuhene & Nagel site. Worked for me.
http://www.apecode.com/appletrack/
Insert the 10 first digits of your reference number into the field. eg. (80xxxxxxxx) and leave the rest out.
After the first 10 digits they are just for Apple's own use and have nothing to
do with K+N's tracking. So just put the first 10 digits of the tracking number.
Best regards,
