ATI Radeon 9600, 9650 difference?

I'm finally ordering a Powermac Dual 2.0 G5 today and I need to know if the $50 upgrade from the ATI Radeon 9600 to the 9650 is worth it? I'm on a tight budget and that's why I want to make a lasting choice. I mainly do photo editing and occaitonal video editing on a 22" crt right now. Will I notice any difference with the cards, or is the upgrade only useful if I have a 30" HD lcd?

I personally don't think its worth it if you are on a very tight budget unless you are getting a 30" ACD and that probably means your budget is not that tight. The performance difference is very small.

I'd definantly do it, as the 9650 comes with 256MB video ram. $50 for another 128 megs of v-ram seems to be a great deal to me, even if the speed of the actual graphics card is not that much faster.
