WTB: 512 or 1GB of RAM!

I'm looking for extra RAM for my 12' G4 Powerbook. I need either 1 stick of 512 or 1 stick of 1GB. If anyone has anything please let me know. I will pay immediately through PayPal as long as the price is right.

I'd go after the 1 GB piece. Due to that the way the 12" PB is, pulling out the RAM in there and placing a 512 MB DIMM in would only give you 768MB, due that only 256 MB is built on its motherboard and the rest is on a DIMM in the only socket on the mainboard. If your gonna go after RAM, you might as well max it out right there and then, due to if you were to buy the 512 and wanted to max it out later, now you'd have both a 256 MB and 512 MB SO-DIMM DDR sitting around, collecting dust. xx.
