I used a Crucial 1 GB stick in my Mac Mini, perhaps the same as the one linked here (I'm not checking model #'s). No problems whatsoever - Crucial is a highly recommended brand for Mac. Especially since you can use their memory configuration tool and they will guarantee compability. Macs are more strict on the specifications for RAM than PCs. You don't have to buy the most expensive RAM but stay away from the really cheap, bargain stuff - it's not worth the hassle.

How much is a Mac Mini compatible 1gb stick of RAM? The same price as any PC compatible 1gb stick of RAM.
