Okay, my news source most often used is the new york times on the web, nytimes.com. Now MSN has ad-banners on their articles, which is fine, they've always used banners. BUT the banners spawn some sort of full-screen mode that makes you watch a (shockwave i think) presentation about the wonders of the butterfly and all that crap. There's a small "exit" box that lets you finally read the damn article...

jesus, i'm seriously pissed about this one. Internet commercials? i think not.

This is bad news for dial-up users. Ones who actually look at MSN that is.

an idiot in a blue butterfly suit falls out of a huge latex coccoon.

Makes me want to see him get ripped to shreds by a (you guessed it) BIG BLACK JAGUAR!:D

Now that'd be a commercial for January:

"Mac OS X.2 Jaguar..... now also available for the x86 architecture. Bigger, Badder and Cooler than the butterfly."

(Ripp rip shred snarl <scream> growl belch)

" Jaguar...... Killer OS.":D

Great now my connection will be even slower with 15 banner ads loading for MSN:(
Oh wait I have AOL:rolleyes:

God I am so sick of MSN why can't people realize how much it sucks and is way too much for what it offers.

I love the Jaguar idea:D :D
