I am looking for 512mb RAM for my iBook G4.
[DDR SDRAM PC2100 (266MHz)]

Preferably buy from someone in the UK, but would consider buying from elsewhere.

You can get Kingston Apple certified iBook RAM from eBuyer for £46 inc postage for a 512 stick. I ordered it for my mother at 11pm on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday at 4pm...
