Hi, I'm not exceptionally good at expressing myself on the phone, so I thought I'd get my Broken G5 (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=135899) fixed at the Bluewater store, whilst I shop for some clothes tonight!
But if you look here (www.apple.com/uk/retail/bluewater) - I challenge anyone to find a reservation link like the one here (www.apple.com/uk/retail/regentstreet)! According to some literature, here (http://images.apple.com/uk/retail/bluewater/pdf/COE_Bluewater_July05.pdf), the link should be www.apple.com/uk/retail/bluewater/genius.html - but that doesn't exist.... Wha--?
Oh, and of course, I am doing this between store opening hours - learned that one already ;)
