Installing Urban Terror 2 into Quake 3?

i downloaded urban terror from urbanterror.net, and i dont understand how to install it into quake 3pr 1.3.2, can anyone shed some light on this, thanks in advance!

As far as I remember, there is a readme but if you want to listen to me instead, I think that the file you download expands into some kind of folder with all the files in it...all you have to do is put this folder in your Q3 folder...
