I purchased a apple tech training CD-Rom from apple soho for 300. Its registered to me but i have never used it.

You can still learn the software and hardware support and diagnostics if you are preparing to be a apple tech.

Applecare Tech Training CD's are not OS connected they are OS X. This CD pacakage is exactly like the one apple is selling today.
