Well, I'm starting from square one again. Last guy I was going to buy from, as soon as I was about to pay for it, he told me he lost it. It seems he actually sold it to someone else. -.-'
I'm looking for either a 2nd or a 3rd Generation iPod, with a working battery, LCD, mainboard, and such. 3rd Genners must come with a Firewire cable. Post your offer, best offer that catches my attention gets my money. Need a new iPod, since my mainboard and LCD cooked. x_x.

Replied. Thanks for the offer, but I'm mainly interested in broken ones. Will keep your offer in mind though, thanks again bud. :D
Gotta find some use for this 10 GB drive sitting in an anti-static bag on my desk. >.>

You could do what I did, go buy an enclosure on eBay or NewEgg and turn it into a nifty external Backup drive :D

Anyone..? I'd rather not have to resort to eBay (too many a**hole snipers) nor buying a new one (too expensive)

How'd you do that? When I opened up my 40gig to replace the battery, the harddrive was definitely not something you can just stick in an enclosure. It looks like PCMCIA, but it's not. I held it up next to a PCMCIA card reader I use, and it's a different size.

I have a WORKING 2nd Gen 10 gig. I'd be willing to negotiate. I wnated 60 for it but I guess I can go 45.
If yes/no, it's cool either way.

Oh wow, check that out. I didn't know about those. ;)
Well if I get hit by a car and land on my iPod again, I'll make sure to remember that. (Apple covered it under warranty last time, sshhh!)
