Hello,
I just tried to put a 256 ram stick in my brand new Ibook and one of the screws were so tight, that the face stripped immediately when I tried to unscrew it. Will apple help me out here? I really want to upgrade the RAM. The 128 just isnt enough. Is there anything I can do?
