About Trying to find a website I saw and Cache

I saw a webpage, I dont know what it was, I have deleted my History, I didn't emtey the Cache, can i find the site in the Cache? How can I open the Cache because I found its location, I need help :(

I was using Internet Explorer in Mac OS X 10.1.5 I visited the site last night,

I don't think you can, IE on the Mac seems to keep it's cache in compressed files (/username/library/caches/ms internet cache), not like on a PC where all the cached files are visable.
