Tottenham Hotspurs, England as opposed to San Antonio Spurs, Texas, I'm guessing?

You might find a few Spurs fan in the Premier League (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=118855&highlight=premiership) thread

You're from Sussex – shouldn't you be a Manchester United fan? ;)

Honestly, my first thought when I saw the post title was, "That's odd that someone would start a basketball thread in the offseason, especially when there was plenty of discussion about them in June."

The Spurs just sign Nick Van Excel to a one year deal. That's great for the Spurs since he's a top vet point guard. Still remember when he was first drafted by the Lakers. No one expected a second round draft to be a starter.

Nice job Spurs. :D

I hope he can get along with their team philosophy. He's a bit of a malcontent.
