Apple replaced the iBook but the new one has a TERRIBLE keyboard

I had my iBook exchanged but on this one the keys are all crooked, loud, loose, etc. I am really happy that they replaced it but how should I handle the keyboard? :(

Hmmm, maybe they put the wrong keyboard on. My friend has the version of iBook before the newest ones and his keyboard is like yours. I'd call them.
