Photoshop Actions: Where Are They?

I've just had to re install Photoshop 7 in OS X. I have a backup that I need to get my old actions from, but I can't work out where they are. Anyone know?

photoshop folder/Presets/Photoshop Actions

the only one i found at least (in 5 min )

I've tried swapping the old 'Photoshop Actions' folder with the new, but it makes no difference... :(
