Is it just me, or are game companies starting to stop producing games for the PPC arch. in preperation for x86?
I haven't really seen any good games come down the pipe for Mac PPC.. what about you guys?
We need BF 2!!!

Woah...too many abbreviations there.
I'm a console gamer, what does all that mean?

A translation:
"Is it just me, or are game companies starting to stop producing games for the Power PC architecture in preperation for Intel x86 chips?
I haven't really seen any good games come down the pipe for Macintosh Power PC.. what about you guys?
We need BattleField 2!!!"

We recently got Tiger Woods 2005. That's a nice game.
And we're getting Collin McRae Rally 2005 prettty soon too!
... on PowerPC ;)
But, I do assume that all Mac-gaming developers are playing around with their MacTel DevKits.... trying to figure out how quickly they can port BF2 to x86 Mac! :D
BTW.. nice translation Dave :p

It's just you. Game companies won't stop making PPC games for a while, unless they like selling about 500 copies of a game. There are other reasons, none of which have anything to do with x86. (Middleware is a big one, also the PC game industry in general.)

Championship Manager wrecked my life. I wouldn't touch FM06 with a 10ft pole.

I haven't actually heard any news about Fable recently. Does anyone know how it's getting on?
