any suggestions to help enhance my low grade FPS of 15 in WoW? Included is a screenshot of my video settings. I have an ATI Radeon with 64mB of VRAM

Exactly what I was going to say, windowed mode usually slows down most games.

Lower your distance... it's painful but it helps.

You should be able to keep Terrain Texture on high, and Trilinear Filtering. For the newer graphics chipsets it doesn't slow down at all.
