How do I get Doom 3 Mods?

I have doom 3 installed on my G5 and am trying to use some mods for doom 3. I've used them on the PC version and they make the game much more enjoyable but they don't work on the Mac. Specifically the Tin Man mod, Cam's weapons, and Duct Tape mod.

Do these mods only work for the PC :( ? If so where can I find mods for the Mac version? This is annoying since doom 3 is truly boring without mods to spice it up.

Why don't vendors make games as seamlessly cross platform compatible as Adobe does with Photoshop? You'd think that since ID actually put a mod button on the main menu that mods would be easy to make and be highly compatible.

there's a ton of mods, maps and TCs all available for Doom3 and 99.9% will work on the mac. GTX mod is coming and this will rock, but until then there's a ton of mods you can try out. Maybe DoomDubed or Mycelo's Weapons Enhancement for starters?
