What application will make .icns files?

I know about icnsConverter, but it only works with .icns files. I want to make a .pct or .jpg file to an Apple Icon document, which is .icns format.

Reason: I want to change an application's dock icon.

How would I do this?

If you have PS7 then you can use IconBuilder (http://www.iconfactory.com/iconbuilder.asp), I'm pretty sure it can out put icns files.

I have PS6 right now, not 7. I "should" get an upgrade by holiday time.

I'll try out IconBuilder for 3.1 for OS 9 and see what happens. If need be, I'll PM you my email address for an, errr, more information. :cool:
