Ok, anyone got any of these? I was going through some of my older stuff while reogranizing files, transfering to the new 120 Gig drive, and found some things I made on a Mac in 3D back in 94! I have some older stuff from the late 80s but its on slides and actually not really that good (for one the technology wasn't there and I also was just starting out).
I made this one in 94 with Infini D, it was my first 'cool' image. Anyone remember InfiniD?

Never heard of it.
I'd be pretty pleased with myself if I could do that picture now :)

Thanks! I even animated the ripple effect, but damned if I can find that file. And I made it on the old Mac 8500 AV with a 601 PowerPC chip, I don't remember how long it took to render, but I'm guessing over night with that level of raytracing/transparency/refraction.

I know I have my first in the series of "eye" business cards somewhere...I'm just having a time trying to find it...
I may have to take a picture of one I have and use that...

Yeah.. I actually have InfiniD... think I can sell it on ebay?
To be honest I still thought it was a good app, haha.
I'll stick to music. :-)

I don't know how much you'd get. It was a good little app - very basic 3D animation, Strata Studio Pro was a little better. What version to you have?

i remember going nuts with fountains (particles) in strata...
i made a fountain that spouted fountains.... thus, infinite particles.....
for some odd reason, it always made it crash....
