I have a 1st gen ipod mini green that is literally brand new. I just got it as a replacement for my old mini through applecare. It is still in the sealed plastic. The things that come with it are: dock, wall charger, firewire cord, a little leather case, and the software. The applecare is good until March 17, 2005.

Any suggestions for a fair price?

Well, Apple is selling the 2g models refurbished for $159, so I'm guessing you probably wouldn't get more than $125.00. That's just my guess.
