6'2" 152# 30-inch waist tho, and i know guys with a 29 who make it work, so i doubt i'm the skinniest. hell, i have like 9% body fat. terrible.

So you're 10 pounds heavier than I am at the same height but full Cauc-asian and around %5 body fat...wow. I feel heavy at more than 115.

6' 0" and 168 lbs at 42 years old. Still pretty thin but I'm happy with it.

In high school I was 125 lbs and four inches shorter. I had growth spurts along the way. 135 lbs, 145 lbs, 155 lbs...I seem to stay at those weights for a period of years. I hope I can stay below the 170 now.

5'11"...hovering the 155-160lb region (My weight is impossible to change...I can starve myself for days, or gorge on pizza two weeks straight, and it won't change at all).

As suggested...a pic..consider it a plot of the above data (lol). It's 4 years old, but not a bit has changed.

Definitely not the skinniest person around, though I think I'm a healthy weight. I'm not sure what my body fat % is, though. Honestly, being really skinny or overweight is not somewhere you really want to be (though in the U.S. right now I think you're better off being skinny...everyone else is overweight.)

My weight dipped down to about 135ibs in the spring – I'm a 29 year-old 6'3"-and-a-bit fella, so that wasn't too healthy. I'm now back up to my usual 160lbish and feeling much better for it.

As devilot76 said, waist size has nothing to do with your health. Eating fast food on a constant basis like that will only lead to all sorts of problems down the road and damages your body. I can only hope that in the future you put more of a priority on your health - without it, you have nothing, It's that simple. This is very sad news to hear, and in a way, even though it's self-inflcited, I almost feel sorry for you. :(

Ah, the high school kids have a big advantage in this thread. I was maybe 6'1" 140# at my skinniest (must've been freshman or sophomore year) but am now 6'2" 165# some 20 years later.



As a final note, this should have gone to Waistland, not Wasteland
