To bring of Lott's history of 40 years ago, what about Sen. Byrd, D VA a former leading member of the Klu KLux Klan. Or President Clinton praising his good friend Sen. Fulbright, D AK an avowed Segregantionist. Why do Democrats get a free pass on their past mistakes, now one ever mentions them. These men have never even acknowledged let alone apologize for their past. When will their be a call for others of the past with mistakes of segregation and racisim to apologize & seek forgiveness. Forgiveness is divine!
