symfs.kext dialouge box

I just installed Jaguar and I keep getting an error message regarding this file and security. I had a friend e-mail me the file but the system folder is locked and I am unable to replace it. Any ideas? Thanks

What happens when you click the "Fix" button? Did you do a clean install or an upgrade over 10.1?

I did a clean install from the 10.2.2 disk. When I press fix it repeats the box several times and then eventually seems to reappear at random times later.
