Plus with the 1.5 you get a better video card, Airport standard (depends when it was bought) and a higher standard OS (1.3.7 as opposed to 10.2.8)

I also have a 1.25Ghz G4, and live in Utah. However... I think you are looking for something faster.. but I'll be posting mine up if you want to read the specs, as it's super clean - basically brand new.

Hi y'all. I'm getting ready to upgrade my laptop again. So I'm selling my Aluminum Powerbook. I sold my Titanium book here and I much prefer our forum to eSlay, etc.

Here's the specs:
It is the Gigabit ethernet model - DVI
1.25Ghz
512Mb Ram
Airport Extreme
Bluetooth
Backlit Keyboard
80Gb Hard Drive
Superdrive
Tiger Installed
All packaging, CDs (DVD) Books & Manuals, etc.

I purchased it last September - 9/14/04, and it has AppleCare until 2007.

This laptop is pretty much brand new. This is due to the following...

I have had a screen protector on it since it came out of the box. Ditto on the keyboard and trackpad. The screen is pristine - no dead pixels, no fingerprints or oils from fingers... never touched.

I used a protouch iSkin on the keyboard since opening it (it has never been typed on without it - so it's never been touched either) this also means that there has been no dust or dirt getting under the keys. Also - I do not eat or drink near my computer, etc.

I have used a cover over the trackpad as well so it hasn't been touched before either.
(okay okay, I'm really not anal I promise.)

I'm asking $1750? , as it has been very well taken care of, and has Applecare, etc.
