I'm Interested In Soundtrack Pro Can You Help Me?

I'm interested in getting Soundtrack Pro software. I would like to make effect and original music for use in Final Cut pro. I would like to have ease of use aswell as a wide range of instraments to use. Would this be a good software to buy? if not, Is there a better software? Aswell, Where can I get this software? and, How much is the software?
